Can I use Leavn without an account?
Yes. You can explore core reading experiences without signing in. Account-based features such as sync, subscriptions, or community tools may require Apple, Google, or other supported sign-in flows.
How does sync work?
Leavn uses Apple services such as iCloud/CloudKit for supported sync features. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID on each device and that Leavn has iCloud permission in iOS Settings.
Does Leavn work offline?
Many core reading and study flows work offline. Some features still need a network connection, including sign-in, community features, subscription management, notifications, and certain remote content lookups.
How do subscriptions work?
Premium access may be available through monthly, yearly, or lifetime in-app purchases. Auto-renewing subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Leavn, go to the premium or paywall screen, and choose the restore purchases option. If restoration fails, email us at support@leavn.app.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete local app data from within Leavn and manage any synced iCloud data from your Apple account settings. If you need help understanding what data is stored where, contact support.
What if the app crashes or something looks wrong?
- Make sure you are on the latest App Store or TestFlight build.
- Force quit and reopen the app.
- Restart your device if the issue persists.
- Email support@leavn.app with the device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue.
