Leavn Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Leavn, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Leavn Provides

Leavn is a Bible reading and spiritual wellness app that may include scripture reading, notes, highlights, prayer tools, audio experiences, AI-assisted study features, subscriptions, and community features.

3. Accounts and Access

You may be able to use parts of Leavn without signing in. Some features require an account, iCloud, or supported sign-in methods such as Apple or Google authentication.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings after purchase.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases and do not renew.
• Refunds and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. You can request help at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the notes, journal entries, prayer content, recordings, and other content you create. If you choose to post or share content through community features, you grant Leavn the limited rights needed to display and deliver that content within the service.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Leavn for unlawful, abusive, hateful, or misleading activity.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security, or misuse subscriptions or community features.
• Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to use.

7. AI and Content Disclaimer

AI-assisted responses, summaries, and study tools are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for pastoral counsel, medical advice, legal advice, or other professional guidance. Please use your own judgment and verify important references.

8. Privacy

Your use of Leavn is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Leavn app, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Bible texts and third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and rights.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may limit or suspend access to certain features, especially community features, if these terms are violated or if doing so is necessary to protect the app, our users, or our services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Leavn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leavn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Leavn after updates means you accept the revised terms.
